The Citizen Planner Training Collaborative has a series of Fundamentals trainings that does include info on how to run a meeting.

They don't have a training scheduled currently on that topic but you could email the coordinator about potential on demand training.

MACC also does a training on "How to Get Home before Midnight/How to Run an Effective Meeting" although that module is currently being updated.

I recall some time ago that CTPC may have had a seminar and publication on best practices on running a Planning Board regulatory public hearing?

If not CTPC....maybe another Mass based organization?

Can anyone PDF a copy of this to me?
