[Massplanners] Past Zoning Amendments

When I was in Medfield we provided a link to a repository of scanned
historic zoning info as well as a link to the Library Archives page for Annual
Town Reports <https://archive.org/details/medfieldpubliclibrary>.
I had a senior tax worker who was able to do all of the scanning for me.
It's not perfect but I've had some attorneys express how helpful the docs
are.


   1. Dimensional Requirements Amendments 1967 - 2017
