[Massplanners] PB rules and regs

Hi all!   Sherwsbury is in the process of transitioning the Planning Board
and the Zoning Board to online applications.  If anyone has made this
transition and has also updated their rules and regulations to reflect such
changes (like requiring X in online format only)  we would love to see what
you have done.
