[Massplanners] Increasing ZBA Membership

Hi All,

Any communities in recent history increase the number of board members on its ZBA?

Any important considerations to keep in mind? Staggered terms? Term limits? Number of Associate members? What am I missing?

For context, Upton has 3 members looking to increase to 5.
