[Massplanners] Municipal Building Committee

Hello all,

Do any of your communities have a building committee to oversee all municipal design/construction projects? Has this been successful compared to having a building committee for each individual project? What is the make up of the committee and how do you incorporate the input from uses/representatives from each construction project if there are multiple ongoing at one time?

Erving has quite a few large projects coming up and we're trying to decide which option is the best for us.
