[Massplanners] Medfield is hiring - Land Use Director

After 10 years in Medfield, I'm shifting to the Town of Mansfield.

The town of Medfield seeks qualified candidates for the position of Land
Use Director. The Land Use Director is an integral member of the Town
Administrator’s leadership team. This position provides professional
support to the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Affordable
Housing Trust; oversees a part-time Conservation Agent; develops and
implements departmental goals and budgets; oversees the implementation of
the town-wide Master Plan and Affordable Housing Production Plan; performs
complex technical and administrative work; and pursues grants for economic
development, planning, and other departmental initiatives.

Candidates should have a master’s degree in planning, public administration
or other related field; three to five years’ municipal planning experience
including supervisory and administrative experience; working knowledge of
Massachusetts land use laws including, but not limited to, zoning,
subdivision regulation and stormwater management; AICP is preferred; must
possess a valid Massachusetts driver’s license.

The salary range for this full-time, benefits eligible position is
$84,000-$110,000 DOQ. Please submit your resume and cover letter in a
