Hello Planning Friends and Colleagues,

Rep. Carmine Gentile and Rep. Alice Hanlon Peisch have filed legislation that would allow for the publishing of a legal notice on a community news website.  Here's the link to the Bill.  https://malegislature.gov/Bills/193/HD3383 I do not know all the background information, or how much traction this legislation has; but, it's a start.   Please pass this on to other interested colleagues/professionals, and most importantly, to your respective legislative delegation.
