[Massplanners] Cost of Zoning Bylaw Overhaul including MBTA zoning

Hello,
I've been asked to provide more examples for my capital budget request for the cost of hiring a consultant to perform a complete zoning overhaul that includes the Section 3A zoning requirements.  This zoning project would include Master Plan and Housing Production Plan recommendations and also include a robust citizen engagement process.

I've provided them with some examples, but if you could let me know what the scope of your zoning project was and the overall cost, I'd appreciate it.
