[Massplanners] MAPD is now MAPP

Hello Planning Friends and Colleagues,

Breaking news: MAPD has rebranded and we will now be known as MAPP-the Massachusetts Association of Planning Professionals! We had a Board meeting after the APA-MA awards luncheon and discussed several potential options for an organization rebrand and settled on MAPP.  Our organization welcomes all planning professionals and now our name is more reflective of our mission to provide education, advocacy, and networking for all planning practitioners on the front lines.  Note that the name of the organizations has not "officially changed," so our W-9 form, email name,  and other organization materials will still say "MAPD." Be patient.

A couple of quick things:

  1.  Dues- please re-up your dues for 2023-2024-if you have recently paid or paid earlier this year, thank you.  For those who are thinking about joining, what are you waiting for?!? For $90 you get free lunch n learn workshops (AICP CM-eligible) and a discount on the annual conference, which we are planning to hold in 2024.
