It is still valid. There are a number of "what If" questions springboarding
off your question as you can imagine such as with respect to zoning; but the
simple answer is that it is valid.

Hi folks, we have an old subdivision plan recorded with the Registry in
1981, 4 lots with a loop road, never built, no lots conveyed, nothing ever
done.  

 

Is it still valid or do these expire?
