[Massplanners] Minor Modification to a Definitive Plan

Hello All,

How do you typically deal with a minor modification to a Definitive Plan
that concerns lot line changes? Does the Applicant submit the revised
plans with a request letter that is recorded in the Registry of Deeds, or
is it a paper copy kept on file and incorporated into the final as-built
upon submission of the Determination of Completeness?
