[Massplanners] Fast food/fast casual dining

Hi all, are folks seeing changes in the way restaurants are being built or renovated, with less in-person dining? We've seen research that suggests many fast food/fast causal places are shrinking dining rooms and creating 2 or 3 vehicle bay drive thrus and more parking spaces for to-go orders. Are you seeing this in your community? Any changes to your site plan review or code ?
