Hello Alvin and Ann,

I've used it to assist in writing minutes and discussion sections of decisions but never exclusively. The search feature is useful for finding specific sections of the meeting you want to capture or revisit. You're still going to have listen back to the recording. It does not handle Massachusetts accents and place names very well!
