[Massplanners] Question on Mixed-Use Overlays

Dennis rezone Dennis Port and West Dennis Village Centers. We did not ho
the overlay route. We wanted to get rid of the 1970's strip zoning that
existed in that area, not just give a second option.  Our zoning sought to
return to more historic land use patterns for the two villages.
