[Massplanners] ADU bylaw details

Good evening Massplanners,
It would be great to hear about either or both of the following:

If you have an ADU bylaw where one of the units must be owner occupied, how
do you define "occupied"? Is there a specific time period stipulated that
the owner must live on the property...or  do you sort of set it and forget
it?

Do you have language to prevent ADU's from being used as short term rental
units?
