[Massplanners] EV Charging Station Development Requirements

Hi all,

I wanted to see if any of you currently have provisions in your zoning bylaws which would require electric vehicle charging stations (or at least the infrastructure) to be installed in all new multi-family or commercial developments. There is some interest in Tewksbury in codifying this type of thing, and I wanted to see if anyone else had done it before we go reinventing the wheel.
