[Massplanners] New Planner Case Statement?

Hi

Does anyone have in their files a memo or bullets to make the case for creating new a Planner/Land Use agent position?  We don’t have a planner, ConCom agent, engineering, etc staff position.  I have my list, but it’d be helpful to get other ideas.

Or, make it a Friday  project and just freeform a couple of top of your head thoughts!
