[Massplanners] RFP for Concept Plan for Municipally-Owned Property

I am seeking good examples of RFPs to hire a consultant team to evaluate
multiple municipal uses of a large parcel of land and develop an overall
concept plan for the future use of the property, a bonus if it includes a
robust community engagement process.
