[Massplanners] Zoning Change Question -Limited Industrial

Hello Planners!!

The Town of Shrewsbury is entertaining a proposed zoning change brought by
a developer to allow for building heights greater than fifty feet (50’) by
Special Permit in the Limited Industrial Zoning District.

Are there currently any communities that allow for building heights greater
than fifty feet (50')  By-right or by Special Permit in their Limited
Industrial Zoning Districts or in a similarly zoned district?
