[Massplanners] Juneteenth Follow Up

I am really glad this a discussion happening. I also agree with Judi, but
as a DEI in planning specialist, I am not surprised that there is
discussion about honoring Juneteenth as a holiday.

My hope is that this is a sign of more diversity, anti-racism and cultural
awareness to come.
