Can anyone recommend an online course on real estate development and reuse that would be suitable for gateway cities/suburban/rural settings?  I'm considering registering for a course with IEDC but given the high price tag and the organization offering it, I'm unsure if  it's appropriate to our context in Berkshire County. Learn a wide variety of financing tools that are available at the local, regional, and state levels, including tax increment financing, bond financing, tax credits, tax abatements, land assembly, and brownfield redevelopment. Multiple in-class case studies will be used to help participants work through actual financial and regulatory problems.
