Hi Everyone,

Please join the APA-MA Housing & Community Development Committee on March 15, 12 noon, for a special Lunchtime Conversation meeting about the MBTA Communities requirements under G.L. c. 40A, Sec. 3A. We are pleased to have Chris Kluchman from DHCD and Katy Lacy from Mass. Housing Partnership as our speakers this month. This program is intended to help city and town planning directors and planning staff understand the new requirements, consider potential opportunities and challenges for compliance, and prepare to file comments on the MBTA Communities draft guidelines by DHCD’s March 31 deadline.

This session has been approved for AICP CM credit (1.0).
