[Massplanners] Climate Planning and Implementation Question...

Hi Eric and Chris,
Longmeadow is currently exploring the same issue. We have only had internal
conversations at this point, and I would appreciate tagging along in your
research.
I also share Doug Finn's question -- and also wonder if the Commonwealth is
able to enforce their strategies across sectors, would our work largely be
enacted by virtue of statewide legislation? It seems that municipalities
are perhaps best able to support the Roadmap by implementing Green
Communities best practices, adopting the updated Stretch Code, adopting
climate resilience and Smart Growth best practices for zoning and land use,
and conducting education/outreach campaigns to property owners regarding
energy efficiency.
