Hi all

I should know this but have never faced the situation so I thought some of you might have some guidance. Planning Board has been continuing a public hearing for Special Permit since April and it will at least extend into July. There is one (1) new member coming on to the Board in the new fiscal year.

The applicant does not want to rely on the possibility of a 4-0 vote of the carry over membership and wants to re-advertise in order to reset the public hearings with the new Board composition. Is this acceptable without withdrawal and re-application? If so, how?

Thanks in advance...

Chris R.
