[Massplanners] Adoption of rDNA Guidelines

Hello planners!

We in Brockton are working toward attaining Platinum BioReady status as
rated by MassBio, indicating our readiness for Life Science firms to do
business in the city. In addition to having land available/permitted/in use
for Life Science activities, we need to have our Board of Health adopt the
NIH Guidelines on rDNA use.

In my research, I have found that Boards of Health who do not have a
subject matter expert in Biotech will hire a consultant/contractor to
handle oversight and/or compliance. Does anyone know if their BOH does
this, and if so, who they use? Would anyone be willing to forward contact
info for a BOH member who would know and could assist, or the consultant
they use if known already?

Thanks in advance,

*John Fay* (He/Him)
