Chris,
As you know, Ayer has approved two FBC districts, one for Main Street and the southern part of Park Street and another for the West Ayer Village near Devens.
There are several potential projects being contemplated, but no applications have been submitted under the code as of now.

Subject: [Massplanners] FBC in Massachusetts
Hi all
Does anyone have a list of Massachusetts cities and towns that have already passed a Form Based Code? If not and you know of any specific communities, that would be helpful too (Somerville, Lowell, Ayer, and Littleton are the ones I know of with decent certainty).
Thanks!
Chris
