[Massplanners] Legal Notices and Meeting Place & Continued Remote Meeting Limbo

My Town Counsel said this last week:

Just an FYI - reports are that the State Senate Budget includes language
that would extend remote meetings until December 15, 2023, as follows:


SECTION 125A. Section 30A of chapter 20 of the acts of 2021, inserted by
section 10 of  chapter 22 of the acts of 2022, is hereby amended by
striking out the words “July 15, 2022” and inserting in place thereof the
following words:- December 15, 2023.


It's not 100% clear that this is what will pass, but it suggests that some
significant extension of the remote participation rules will be adopted
before July 15, when the current authorization for remote meetings
expires.
