*The APA-MA Board of Directors is looking for a volunteer to serve as the
Chapter's *

*Legislative & Policy Officer*



The Legislative and Policy Officer chairs the Legislative Committee, acts
as liaison with APA on legislative issues, coordinates Chapter legislative
programs with affiliated organizations, reports to members on planning
legislation in the Commonwealth, and presents the position of the Chapter
on pending legislation before the State Legislature.

The Legislative & Policy Officer is a voting member of the APA-MA Board of
Directors, which typically meets monthly. In addition to the Board of
Director’s meeting, the Legislative/Policy Officer participates in a
monthly APA-MA Executive Committee meeting.
