[Massplanners] Sample RFP

Hello Planners -

We have funds to construct the portion of the Grand Trunk Trail that will connect from Brimfield to Southbridge.  We would like to contract with someone for engineering services  to prepare the bid documents for construction of the trail (it is fully designed and we have the specifications), oversee the bidding, award of the contract, and construction of the project and oversight of the project.   Would anyone have an RFP for a similar project you may be able to share?
