[Massplanners] Communities that have taken advantage of new housing choice voting thresholds?

I have been asked to inquire whether any communities have used the new
majority rule for certain housing provisions, as now permitted under the
new housing choice law.

If your community has, would you please share and let us know what type of
zoning was passed and whether the margin was between 51 - 65%.
