[Massplanners] Online Permitting

Dear Planners...the Town of Stoughton is looking into the possibility of
establishing online permitting through Full Circle software.  For anyone
that has experience with online permitting for planning applications, could
you please share your experiences in working with it?  What are the pros
and cons of it?  Does it cause any issues when a pre-application meeting is
required or in getting paper copies of documents?  I would appreciate any
information anyone has on this.
