[Massplanners] New or Renovated Town Halls?

Chicopee is finishing major renovations to City Hall. The scale may be larger than what some Towns are interested in, but it's a very recent and very comprehensive project. For example, they went from a completely antiquated meeting room to one that has all the media bells and whistles.

If you web-search "massachusetts town hall renovation"...jackpot!

ISO towns that recently renovated its town hall or built a new one. Curious about costs and process. TIA.
