[Massplanners] New or Renovated Town Halls?

Hi Marc,
Middleton just approved a $65M project to build a combined Town Hall/Community Building and a combined Police/Fire Station last June. You can find details on the long process leading up to this point here: https://middletonma.gov/578/Public-Facilities-Project
Since then, we have bonded for the project and chosen an Owner Project Manager to oversee the project. Of course, this process was very long because it includes four major public buildings in town.??
