Senior Land Use & Housing Planner:
Full-time (37.5 hours/week) Senior Land Use & Housing Planner position.  The position will make a difference in our region by working on regional and local planning projects related to zoning, housing and climate resiliency. Experience working with town planning boards and drafting zoning bylaws and subdivision regulations preferred.  Candidate must possess a Master's Degree in planning, landscape architecture or a related field and have at least 3 years of related work experience. Salary range $62,000 - $69,000 per year. Full-time Land Use & Natural Resources Planner position, 37.5 hours per week at the Franklin Regional Council of Governments. The position will be responsible for working on regional and local planning projects related to climate resiliency, open space and watershed protection, hazard mitigation, energy efficiency, and other planning projects. Candidate must possess a Master's Degree in planning or landscape architecture or a related field with at least one year of relevant work experience or a Bachelor's Degree in planning or landscape architecture or a related field with 3 years of related work experience. Hiring Range: $53,000 - $57,000 per year, depending on experience with excellent benefits.
