I’m in need of a few stellar, outstanding examples in MA of Open Space Residential Development. Ideally, that would mean a mix of housing types, with affordability included, mixed use or easily walkable to services, walkable within and when leaving the site, protected open space that is publicly accessible and connects to additional open space, site design that considers the natural features of the site, a minimally disturbed area and preferably created less than 10 or so years ago.
Am I imagining that a place such as this can exist? Well, if so, I’ll take your favorite runner ups?
