of housing types, with affordability included, mixed use or easily walkable to services, walkable within and when leaving the site, protected open space that is publicly accessible and connects to additional open space, site design that considers the natural
features of the site, a minimally disturbed area and preferably created less than 10 or so years ago. </span></p>
