Hi, Chris:
Assume you are talking about filing an 81X perimeter plan for the camp lot?
If that is done as if an ANR plan, endorsement will freeze currently-allowed
"uses" against zoning bylaw changes for three years thereafter. That's all
you get, nothing dimensional.

Subject: [Massplanners] 81X Perimeter Plans
Hi all
I have no doubt that in years past that this has come up before. But I am
curious as to what kind of zoning freeze or protection could be provided a
parcel owner who really could not do anything else with their camp lot. Does
it freeze any existing non-conformities? ANR Handbook not helpful in this
instance.
Happy 65 degrees.
Chris
