[Massplanners] 81X Perimeter Plans

Hi all

I have no doubt that in years past that this has come up before. But I am curious as to what kind of zoning freeze or protection could be provided a parcel owner who really could not do anything else with their camp lot. Does it freeze any existing non-conformities? ANR Handbook not helpful in this instance.
