[Massplanners] Experience w/ Highway Underpass Projects?

Hello All,

I hope everyone is having a good week!

Does anyone have any experience with highway underpass projects? The City
of Chelsea is developing a proposal and are looking for an expert eye to
review the draft and provide some comments. They are also looking for
potential jurors to be involved with the review process once the RFP goes
out. If you're interested, or know someone who would be, please let me
