[Massplanners] Seeking examples of Development Impact Statement Requirements for Subdivision Applications

Hello everyone,

I'm working on a supplementary section of Ayer's Subdivision Regulations and am seeking guidance on requirements for 'Development Impact Statements' for subdivision applications.

This would include general guidance and requirements for traffic, fiscal, school, infrastructure, environmental, etc. impact statements in narrative form that Planning Boards can review when new subdivisions are proposed.

I'm looking for examples of robust sections on Impact Statements in local Subdivision Regulations or Zoning Bylaws.
