[Massplanners] APA-MA/HCD Lunchtime Conversation: Making Chapter 40R Work for Your Town

The APA-MA Housing & Community Development Committee is offering the next "Lunchtime Conversation" meeting on Tuesday, February 15 at noon. This month, we have a panel discussion about Chapter 40R Smart Growth Overlay Districts, including a case study from Danvers and an overview of trends statewide. Please join us!

Speakers
Aaron Henry, AICP, is the director of planning and development in Danvers. He was directly involved with planning and facilitating passage of the town's Chapter 40R zoning. He will be joined by Bill Reyelt from the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). As most of you probably know by now, Bill coordinates the Chapter 40R program at DHCD. He has been a big help to so many planners.
