Shrewsbury is looking to develop a land acquisition strategy.  Are any of
you aware of municipalities (in Massachusetts or nationwide) that have a
land acquisition strategy for anything like:

General Municipal Purposes
Roadways
Affordable Housing
Economic Development
Preservation
- prevent development
- habitat protection  (sustainable)
- historic preservation (Prosperous)
Open Space
Active Recreation
-Trails
-Greenway
