[Massplanners] Housing Planner Position open in Medford!

Hi All!

Medford is hiring for a full time Housing Planner!  Located in the new multi-disciplinary Dept of Planning, Development and Sustainability (PDS), the successful applicant will have the opportunity to help shape this newly created full-time position. The growing department includes planning, economic development, housing, environmental sustainability, and conservation and administers Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Community Preservation Act funding. The City is currently in the process of finalizing its first Comprehensive Plan and recently adopted a Housing Production Plan, Climate Action and Adaptation Plan, and the first modernization of the zoning ordinance in over 40 years.

This is an excellent opportunity for a planner knowledgeable in housing to be part of a growing team and shape the future of housing planning and programs in the City of Medford.
