Ipswich is a great place to work as a planner. The Town adopted a Community Development Plan earlier this year. The Planning and Development Department includes an Open Space Program, ZBA, Planning, Historical Commission, Architectural Preservation District Commission, Conservation Commission, an Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board and the Affordable Housing Partnership, and all sorts of other fun boards, committees and things.
