[Massplanners] Brownfields strategies

Hello fellow MassPlanners,

North Attleboro has a few brownfield sites. They are old jewelry factories that have contaminated soils and the structure dilapidated and falling apart. They are all privately owned. Would anyone have any useful strategies in cleaning up private sites and potential grant programs? If grants are received, how were you able to administer them on private brownfield sites? Did you have buy-in from the owner? We were luckily able to get one EPA grant to help but these are the kinds of questions coming up.
