[Massplanners] Master Plan Implementation Committee Structure

Good Morning Sam:
The City of Greenfield formed a master plan implementation committee when
our 2014 Comprehensive Sustainable Master Plan was completed by VHB. I
have attached the general ordinance forming this standing committee for you.
