[Massplanners] Scopes of Work for Small Town Village Center/ Economic Development Planning

Hi everyone,
Interested in hearing from towns that recently contracted for
village-centered economic development planning that included maintaining a
traditional character and attracting new business. If you have any Scopes
of Work to share, that would be great but it would also be good to hear
about your experiences. Especially interested in towns with year-round
populations less than 10,000.
