[Massplanners] EV Parking places?

Hi Planners,

Does any community have a parking requirement that mandates Electric 
Vehicle charging stations for apartment buildings or, multi- unit 
complexes that do not have individual garages for each unit?

Most communities have requirements for the number and size of parking 
spaces for various uses.  I'm hoping that some community has taken a 
stab at EV parking requirements.

Any versions out there, would be most appreciated!

Or perhaps there are good reasons why requirements such as these would 
be a bad idea?

It just seems, as planners, we should be doing something to ensure that 
years from now, folks aren't running extension cords out of their 
apartment windows so they can drive to work in the morning.
