Erving's Planning Board is working with Mark Bobrowski to fully update the zoning bylaws for $60,000. Procurement was much simpler since he is an attorney.

Not a full overhaul but Medfield just completed a zoning diagnostic with Judi Barrett for $20k which has a great summary of what's wrong with the bylaw and has a cool guide at the end for next steps for updating/modernizing.
