[Massplanners] Food Truck Liquor License

Hello,
Does anyone know of any cases where "permanent-seasonal" food truck stands have been issued either a seasonal or permanent liquor license?  In this case,  the food trucks have constructed brick and mortar restroom facilities to be used for several food trucks.  The business is seasonal.
